Richard Clement was admitted as a
solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales* in 1986 and to the High
Court of Hong Kong in 1987. He was admitted as an Attorney-at-Law in the
Grand Court of the Cayman Islands in 1997. He is a fellow of the Chartered
Institute of Arbitrators. He is an appointee of the Chief Justice of Hong
Kong as a Member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal and he has chaired
disciplinary proceedings.
John Massie
was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales* in
1982 and to the High Court of Hong Kong in 1982. He is a Fellow of the
Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has been in private practice in
Hong Kong since his admission.

currently
practise as such.
